Work on the Project

The Project is being delivered under the Province’s Community Benefits Agreement (CBA). BC Infrastructure Benefits is responsible for implementing the CBA for the project and providing the workforce for the project.

BCIB prioritizes the hiring of local residents, Indigenous peoples, women and other visible minority groups to increase opportunities for those traditionally underrepresented in the trades.
