Starting at approximately 6 a.m. on Friday, April 3, Columbia Street between McBride and Elliot will be reopened to traffic. Construction of the new Columbia Street on-ramp to the stal̕əw̓asəm Bridge is ongoing and the on-ramp is planned to open in summer 2026.

Starting at approximately 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, Fraser Crossing Partners began nightly closures of the East Columbia off-ramp from the stal̕əw̓asəm Bridge to East Columbia Street for approximately four to six weeks. These closures will support the construction of the superstructure of the new East Columbia multi-use path overpass.

To reduce traffic congestion in the Victoria Hill neighbourhood, access to East Royal Avenue will be restricted 24/7 eastbound into Victoria Hill from Royal Avenue and McBride Boulevard starting on February 26.
